Galvanized steel compost bin – an efficient and durable solution for home composting. A galvanized steel compost bin is a great solution for eco-friendly waste recycling and composting at home. Thanks to its generous capacity, smart construction and long-lasting materials, it is ideal for both gardens and small yards.
Efficient ventilation and smart design: the gaps between the 1 mm thick galvanized steel slats provide excellent airflow, helping accelerate composting. Once the compost is ready, the bottom slats can be removed for easy and mess-free access.
Durable construction: made of galvanized steel, with 1 mm slats and 1.5 mm corner sections, the bin is corrosion-resistant and withstands temperature changes, rain and UV exposure. Unlike plastic or wooden compost bins, it won’t warp and keeps its clean appearance over time.
Easy assembly: the compost bin can be assembled in under 45 minutes. The parts are connected with hooks, no special tools required. If needed, the bin can be extended with expansion modules to increase its capacity.
Metal surfaces are durable, but exposure to outdoor conditions can still cause wear over time. To protect your compost bin, place it on level, well-drained ground and avoid direct contact with constantly wet soil. The bin is equipped with ventilation holes – ensure these remain unobstructed to allow proper airflow.
We recommend cleaning the product at least once per year to remove dirt and organic buildup.
To ensure the longevity of your compost bin, we recommend performing the following checks at least once per season:
– Inspect for signs of rust, chipped coating, or damage around ventilation holes. If necessary, clean the area, sand lightly, and apply metal protection paint.
Products come with a 2-year warranty. The guarantee starts on the date of invoicing. The warranty is valid only when the product is assembled following the assembly instructions. The warranty only covers the replacement of defective parts!
In order to benefit from this guarantee, the Buyer must inform the Seller in writing of any damage or defect in the Goods at sale@timbela.com. In the event of a defect or damage to the goods, the Buyer must provide detailed photographs of the goods and a list of the damaged (defective) parts.
The products are packed in cardboard boxes and delivered by courier. The product is delivered to the Buyer unassembled. The parts of the product are packed unassembled in a cardboard box.
Once payment has been made, the address of the order cannot be changed.
Order is delivered as close to the house as possible! If the courier cannot find the recipient at home, the parcel is delivered to the nearest parcel drop-off center and the recipient is informed about the delivery by leaving a note.
Telephone number REQUIRED for delivery. If the buyer cannot be contacted, the courier will not be able to deliver the goods!
The product you have purchased is manufactured, tested, and packaged according to high-quality standards and controls.
