Delivery terms and conditions

Countries of Delivery

We are constantly expanding the territory of our activity and supplementing the list of countries to which we deliver our goods. Once sold, products are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days.

Delivery to the following countries is currently available:

– Lithuania (except for the Curonian Spit) and Latvia (within 3 business days);

– Estonia (excluding islands) and Poland (within 3-5 business days);

– Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Slovakia, Hungary (within 7-10 business days)

– France (excluding islands) (within 10-14 business days)

– Spain, Italy, Portugal (excluding islands) (within 12-15 business days)

Delivery times are provisional and may vary due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. The customer will be informed by e-mail if the delivery time changes.

Important Delivery Information

    • Please read the delivery information carefully. Please make sure you have entered the correct delivery address, postcode and telephone number before you pay for your order.
    • Telephone number REQUIRED for delivery. If the buyer cannot be contacted, the courier will not be able to deliver the goods. The courier will contact the recipient of the consignment prior to arrival in order to coordinate the arrival time.
    • The delivery address cannot be changed after payment has been made for the product. In case an incorrect delivery address has been entered and the order has been paid for, please contact us at: sale@timbela.com
    • The courier service will deliver orders only on weekdays during business hours.

Acceptance of the Order

  • When the courier delivers the order, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the consignment and the condition of the item(s) as well as sign the consignment note or any other document of transfer and acceptance of the consignment. The copy of the courier’s consignment note must indicate if the goods were delivered in an unsuitable condition and any damage to the consignment resulting from improper transport.
  • If the Buyer notices any damage to the consignment, or any discrepancy in the quantity or quality of the goods, the Buyer must refuse to accept the consignment and note this on the consignment note. If the Buyer accepts the consignment and signs the consignment note without any remarks, the consignment shall be deemed to be free from defects, and the quantity and quality of the goods shall be deemed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the purchase and sale agreement.
  • Upon delivery of the goods to the address specified in the Buyer’s form, the goods shall be transferred to the Buyer or, in the absence of the Buyer, to a person located (found) at the address specified by the Buyer. In such a case, the goods shall be deemed to have been transferred to the Buyer.

Delivery of Products Packed on Pallets

    • Consignments heavier than 30 kg, which are packed on pallets, are delivered by couriers to the entrances of the house. The courier will not provide any additional services (drop-off, pick-up, etc.).
    • Bulky goods will be delivered by large vehicles, therefore consider whether vehicles of such size will be able to reach the delivery point. In case there is no option to reach the delivery point, the courier will unload your consignment at the nearest possible location.
    • Please note that a consignment may consist of several packages. If you order a product with a floor, the floor package may be sent as a separate package or the floor may be placed on top.

Delivery of Products Packed in Cardboard Packages

  • The courier will deliver the consignment to the staircase or yard of the building of the specified address. The courier will not provide any additional services (drop-off, pick-up, etc.). In such a case, you will have to make your own arrangements to get the consignment from the courier’s vehicle to your home or office.
  • You will find how many packages your product consists of in the description of each product. Be sure to check the consignment note provided by the courier in order to make sure that the number of packages delivered to you corresponds to the number of packages on the courier’s order document.
  • If the courier cannot find the customer at home, the consignment may be left at the nearest pick-up point and the customer will be informed thereof.
