What is the delivery time of the products?
All wood products in the online store are already made. We deliver:
- To Poland, Estonia, Latvia within 5-7 working days;
- To Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Austria, France within 10-14 working days;
- To Spain, Italy within 12-15 working days.
If you live in EU country, but it is not in our delivery list, please write to sale@timbela.com.
What are the available payment methods?
On our website, you can pay for goods in 4 ways: by bank transfer, Paysera, Stripe (various types of credit cards), Paypal.
It is not possible to pay in cash upon delivery of the order.
Do you offer product assembly service?
Wood product assembly service is not provided.
